His business has been rooted in medical product development from day one. He hires staff members who have thousands of hours of direct experience in the OR, clinical, and POC environments. Several of his staff members have over 20 years’ experience solving device, equipment, and medical disposable design challenges. He has led over 10 companies to exits and licensing opportunities. He has been engineering medical devices for over 35 years.

He has consistently achieved success throughout his career, working at a mix of reputable US-based and global health care organizations where he's continuously taken on roles of increasing responsibility across a variety of Sales & Marketing related functions. Mike’s superior performance generated 7 consecutive President’s Club wins while he served in various sales and sales leadership capacities. In addition, Mike's prowess as a Marketing Executive has garnered many industry recognitions and rewards for the disruptive marketing efforts that he has led across multiple pharmaceutical brands. Mike's experience in the sales and marketing space is also especially helpful, as he brings knowledge and familiarity with the FDA's stringent guidelines and processes related to marketing practices in the US specifically. Mike has an exceptional celebrity network as a marketer with FDA sales experience. He is uniquely qualified to increase sales of a medical device with the potential to go viral. He’s worked on traditional FDA-compliant marketing campaigns as well as outside of the box approaches, achieving great success in both.
